The media could not be loaded. Love! Love! Love!It works perfect and keeps my hands in good shape. Value for your money y'all. I normally experience pains in my hand with a regular mouse.

Works as intended, easy to get used to.
You can set the mouse speed easily with the side buttons. Did not take much time at all to get used to. I definitely feel a difference in writs and arm aches.

Frustrating to use - update
I don't like this mouse. The left click doesn't always work so I have to click it twice or three times about 30% of the time. Also, the scroll wheel clicks when I go down a page (accurate) but is smooth when I go up the page and it isn't responsive going up. I've had at least 20 mice over the decades and this one doesn't cut it. Maybe it is a bad one as I do not agree with all the positive reviews.Update: I must have had a bad mouse. The company reached out to me and replaced the mouse. This one works great. The company stands behind its products!

Almost great
This mouse was almost great, but because the base is small, the outer bone of my wrist was touching the desk, putting pressure on it. The spacing between the thumb and other fingers was small, causing me to have a tight grip which also wasn't comfortable for long periods. The ergonomics of the vertical mouse really do help with the elbow pain I have been having from the computer work I do. I ordered this one and a different one that had a wider base & I prefer the wider base one. Will be returning this one.

Smooth textured and well placed buttons
The design of this one feels on the slightly small side, but it feels good for me. Possibly too small for big hands, but worth a try I'd say. Buttons are well placed and out of the way from fingers when you reach over to cradle the mouse. I've had problems with others, where I would accidentally hit a button (dpi or "back" or input selector), but I've never had one with this mouse.I've had a set of rechargeable batteries in it since I got it and it hasn't needed to be switched out yet, so that's convenient. My only minor issue is the scroll button. It's smooth enough, but the wheel can "squeek" a bit when scrolling if there is no sound in the room. It's a faint plastic, rubbing sound, barely noticeable, but gives me concern that the wheel button won't last forever. But for the price, this thing is the best in it's range - that I've tried, which is a few.

Works great won't go back to the old mouse
I am happy with this mouse! I had ordered a ergonomic mouse two years ago and loved it. My husband was having pain in his fingers and stole my mouse! He loved it so I had to order a new one. The one I had bought was ten dollars more so I tried this one. It's just as good except it takes batteries rather than rechargable. My bad not reading the description. The mouse rolls smoothly and is defintely more comfortable to use than the traditional mouse. It only takes a day or two that you don't want to go back to the old mouse. The batteries could be a plus as long as batteries on hand.

Skips, lags, unreliable! Malfunctions after 3 months
I'm now about 5 months in using this mouse. The pro is that I love the vertical design. The con is that it started malfunctioning about 2 months ago, and I'm finally fed up enough that I'm posting this review and shopping for a new mouse. The malfunctioning happens in random skips and lags of the mouse pointer across the computer screen. For example, I drag the mouse but the pointer doesn't follow, or it skips all the way to the end of the screen suddenly. Why did it take me 2 months to be totally fed up? Well, I was giving it the benefit of the doubt by trying a variety of batteries, mouse pads, and places. I honestly didn't want to think that this NEW item people raved about was at fault. And now that it's crystal clear, after eliminating all other possibilities, that this device sucks and does not deserve your money!
