The size and fit were right on. Flexible design to allow greater support and stability. Very functional and easy to fit into a shoe as long as it is not a really tight shoe. Design allows breathability and yet strength enough to alleviate pain.

This company seems very conscientious. There were many nice details in their package inserts. The Velcro had a removable protector. All in all, very nice. ...very effective foot and ankle support. I got the regular and am a woman's shoe size 9. It's a little snug feeling. I don't think that one could wear it continuously all day until it gets a little stretchier over time. I might order the XL too.

This provides excellent support and enables me to walk when my foot hurts. It’s lightweight and easily slips inside my shoe. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that it rubs the back of my ankle where the seam is. I’ve been putting bandaids underneath it which mostly helps. I wish it had a little more material to pad where the vertical seam runs up the back.

The post advises size: One Size (meaning one size fits all).I had no idea that there is different sizes of braces. For larger ankles, feet, etc.I do not always fit into the one size fits all category.But, I was surprised that this is one of those times of not fitting.I did have a much smaller woman try this ankle brace.This is her foot in the brace.For her to wear it comfortably, the strap really had to stop where it is in the picture. She could get it around her ankle to the back side of her foot. This is where the sellers post has pictures showing it going around the ankle back and to the ankle side.When she tried to get it back there, she could do that.However, it would become painful very quickly.The issue was the strap length. It just needs to be longer.This would give the ankle the stability that (I believe) they were going for when making this brace.The material of the brace is unknown. Nothing on the seller's post.At the bottom of the information on the post, it says to clean it with water before and after use.The material for the foot part is stretchy to be able to get it on your foot. I think for small feet. I wear size 10 and got it on, but it was a struggle. Then the strap just didn't stretch around my ankle.The sellers post advises for women and men. I can't imagine a man getting this on over his foot, let alone get it up over the ankle.This brace stayed on my foot under my sock. It is wearable with boots too.But I didn't have the brace around my ankle back and side. The brace isn't bulky.The strap not being the length that was needed is a big issue.The hard time I had putting on the foot part, I would quit fighting this brace, and just quit wearing it.I can't recommend this brace.

It was to small for me. I gave it to my girl friend who plays golf. She loves it. would like a bigger size but dont know if they have one.
