Not easy to figure out
Instructions not clear. Print so tiny you can see. No charging cable. Never got it to connect to my phone

Good purchase
I have been wearing this ring for a few days and the truth is that it is very practical and it fulfills its purpose. It provides me with health data at all times, helping me to better understand my physical condition. In terms of connecting and using it, it was easy to pair it with my mobile app in just a few simple steps, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free, without any tedious steps or technical thresholds.

Doesn’t do anything unless you’re on the app
I wanted something to track my steps and heart rate since I can’t wear a watch at work. It only checks your heart rate when you open the app and ask it to. Same with o2. Kinda sucks. Steps aren’t too accurate. Doesn’t line up with my watch on my days off.

It’s better than I expected
I am impressed that ring is as good for that price. I bought it to count my steps. The ring does what’s supposed to do, the steps, the sleep, the heart rate and the oxiden are very accurate, the blood pressure is a little lower than with a blood pressure monitor but acceptable. The battery last 3 days. It charges in 3 hours..The only thing is a little complicated is that you need to try to update at least 3 or 4 times to get the sleeping information updated. The app also is good. But only the help info is for a watch not a ring but for the price you can not complain.

perfect
I recently purchased a smart Ring health tracker that has added a lot of sparkle to my health and fitness routine. It connects smoothly to the device and has excellent connectivity. The data and insights it provides are also very insightful and accurate. And it's very light. It's an excellent choice for anyone who wants to easily monitor their health.

Works well enough
Purchased for wife per Dr recommendation. She likes it. Only downside is every 4th day, she has to disconnect & reconnect to get accurate battery life %. If it's below 25% it doesn't track. So it DOES have to be charged every 4th day.
