BBQ Dragon Domino Style Kabob Skewer: $32.98 at the time of reviewI like to think of myself as something of a grill master. I’ve been at it for close to 20 years now, but it seems that this old dog can still learn new tricks. I have other metal skewers, but the design of these ones (rack-mounted that can all turn at once) really appealed to me.*What I liked*:This entire kit is stainless steel construction. This is great, as it’s easy to care for and hard to damage.The skewers are flat steel and about 3/16” wide, so it makes it easier for meat/veggies to stay on them.The gimmicks of this skewer set is totally the best part. The handle end of each skewer has an arm that sticks out such that when you turn the first skewer, all of the rest of them turn over as well. It works exactly as advertised (with one caveat that I will talk about below). Turning all of the skewers all at once is a great convenience.I don’t want to forget the rack. Keeping the skewers off of the grill means they don’t stick, which means that they’re easier to flip as well as less likely to get burned. You do miss out on grill marks, but it’s a sacrifice I’m happy to make.*What I didn't like*:Due to the width of the rack, you can’t make particularly large (in width or length) skewers. They are listed as 14” skewers, but I think you have a max of about 10” of usable skewer. Also, due to how close the edge of the rack is to the outside skewers, I’d save your smaller pieces of meat/veggies for the two outside rows. I had problems with the meat sticking to the rack itself.The price really is pretty high considering what you get. This set’s regular price is about $33 bucks. I was able to find a number of other sets on Amazon for half the price with almost double the number of skewers (but no rack, and they don’t all turn together).*The Bottom Line:*Overall, I’m happy to have spent the money on this set. The convenience of turning them all at once (with one hand), along with the rack to keep them up off of the grill surface is great. You just have to ask yourself if you’re willing to pay the premium for that. I will say my kabobs turn out so much better on these skewers that this is a solid five stars out of five. I would buy these again.

Okay, nicely made, and generally it kind of works, but the flip over feature doesn’t work on a heavy kabob

This thing is a great idea - long overdue. It can get a little janky due to all of the parts being separate…but that’s how it has to be.It will make your skewer grilling process much better!I give it a solid YES.

I can turn the meat all I want because I'm not touching it. And yeah: it *IS* fun!!Careful: skewers are sharp.Cleans up easily (either dishwasher or by hand). The only thing that would make this product more perfect would be a carrying/storage case.
