Super easy to use
I have only had my narwal s10 pro for about 3 weeks. I have brand new lvp flooring and this makes it so easy. It feels like a quality product to me. Good fit and finish, with the proper materials in the proper place. Keeping the weight right with a quality feel. I like tech when it works and makes sense, and the voice feedback and small display really work well. It even knows to turn off when you put the handle straight up and on again when you bring it back down. The only thing I needed the directions for, was to find the clean water tank (it blends into the power head so nicely) everything else was common sense to me.Using only water is great, no chemical cleaners to buy, store, and use. Just fill it with tap water and your ready. We have a small home and the machine uses very little water for each cleaning, in 3 weeks I haven't had to refill it and still over half full. It maneuvers like a dream very easy to get it to go where you want it to. I don't do the house everyday but I do use it every excuse I get.We have 2 dogs and one was sick and left a couple of messes over night. I picked up the bulky stuff and grabbed the narwall for the stuff that dried and was a little stuck on. It didn't pick it all up in one pass like every vacuum advertisement I've ever seen but just a few slow passes and the mess was gone.So far great machine I can't say enough good things about it. I even think it's a great value compared to other machines out there.

Best Wet Dry Mop Ever
I love this wet and dry vacuum. We have 2400 SF of vinyl wood flooring that needs to be separately swept and mopped. The hugest benefit of this unit is not only does it perform both functions but so easy to clean the unit when done. Vinyl flooring won’t allow you to take a bucket with a wet mop and splash it all over the floor like they did in the old days. It has to be dried quickly which is what this unit provides. It’s a little pricey, but well worth it for me because it saves me so much time and effort. I had an issue an issue and customer service immediately satisfied my needs - twice. This unit talks to you for next steps and any errors that arise. Bomb Diggity!

Effort, But Worth It
This thing is very intelligent and a little bit bossy and judgmental. It seems to clean well, but we have three dogs and the state of our floor and prior mopping efforts apparently were not great - I previously vacuumed about 4 times a week but 3 dogs is still a lot of dirt and hair - and this machine let me know. “High dirt detected” pretty much everywhere. As such, the roll brush dirtied easily so there was a lot of “return to base for roll brush cleaning” - and that is a process that takes time and a bit of effort to clean out the dirty water tank and dry bin and rinse everything. Between that and charging, trying to get the whole house done took patience and a very very long time, so I am now in a constant rotation where I use this in the main part of the house daily and other rooms on rotation, and use the regular vacuum everywhere else…daily…just to keep everything looking as good as when I was done with this the first go around. The water tank is clear evidence it is working (and that despite looking clean my floors were gross), and the floors do look visibly cleaner. We have light wood, so the fact it is cleaner is evident, even though it never looked especially dirty. With annoyances and effort aside, it cleans well, and it is quiet (other than the loud voice instructions telling you to fill water or return to base). It’s also self propelled so it’s very easy to push. The battery lasts longer than the water tank and longer than the brush stays clean so I haven’t had too many issues running out of charge. My floors really do look great. However I am spending so much time with this thing that between it and my job, it’s going to have to qualify as my hobby if someone asks what I do for fun. Even with the downsides I would fight someone if they tried to take this away from me, and I definitely would buy it again. I love being able to do mop and vacuum at once and I feel like this is doing better than a quick mop after vacuuming (and honestly I probably would mop a 3-4 times a month despite vacuuming all the flipping time, because I hated it). I am not getting rid of my deep cleaning mop but it’s unlikely to regularly leave the closet - and it doesn’t need to absent needing to get the whole house done without a lot of visits to base for this thing. I haven’t had this puppy long, so I cannot speak to life or reliability long term.

Worth every penny! Very high tech and WORKS!
I have purchased many cleaning items to try to make my life easier. Usually I am disappointment but this little mop/vacuum is the best thing that has happened to my cleaning routine! It came out of the box, ready to go. I filled it with water and watched it mop my very dirty floors. It's intuitive and will tell you when the brush roll needs cleaning, or water is low. I was able to mop about 1700 Sq ft of engineered hardwood floors, STREAK FREE, in about 40 minutes. That included breaks for self cleaning the roll (requested by vacuum and took 90 seconds) and my dogs freaking out and distracting me. I still had 20% battery done by the end, it is so great.Pros: Lightweight, efficient, cleans great, self cleaning, sleek design.Cons: cost (although I think worth the price), and I have to vacuum first (I have 2 hairy dogs and kids that are messy as heck). I absolutely love this thing, and highly recommend!
