Quality must be improved
I ordered second time from nestnhaven. I like their variety of yarns and wool. I ordered kinda chunky yarn this time and got disappointed. There was uneven and split ply. The texture is soft and colors are good though. They must improve the quality.

The quality of the wool is good as always, however the length is not sufficient.Initially the seller sends 100 gms of wool, however after multiple orders the length of the wool reduces. Only 60-70 gms of wool gets delivered.It’s lesser by almost half the size.The project I started is left undone.I will have to order more to complete my project

The wool is much thicker than what is shown on the siteshow
The wool is too thick. The return policy is all wrong. There are only a few options to click from and it does not allow refund or replacement with other products. Absolutely useless.

The yarn colour and size of yarn
I like the previous colour of the yarn…the yarn is thick and bit chuncky and i love that but the second time i order they change the colour which is light and the yarn is thin… the second photo is the first one that i purchase i like the dark colour and the big yarn
