I bought this product after I had lost some of my hand strength after I broke my wrist. This product is great for increasing your hand/grip strength. There are several resistance levels on it to build your grip strength. It has a great design, I’ve used quite a few products similar that break over time but this one has stood the test of time. Functionally it’s very simple… put your fingers in the slots and strap it to your wrist for resistance. Works great for stress relief!

Wow, I underestimated these things. I had a full-finger workout.I play the guitar so these help strengthen my fingers.However, I gave it a four star because it can be awkward trying to put it on your hands and start using it. hand size might be an issue for some people.
