The remote had stopped working 3 months after purchase. They were very helpful in getting it working again and were willing to send a new one if the troubleshooting failed.

I bought this for my husband's birthday in Feb or March his birthday in April it's already quit working in May. 😡

Got this on Black Friday deal. The fan was well packaged and came intact. Save as many screws as you can. This comes with none to help mount the mounting bracket to the ceiling. Also have some electrical nuts, again came with none. The fan installs like any other fan. Remote does work. Air flow is good for a small bedroom. The small plastic fan does wobble ( out of balance). Work ok in 2 speeds and shakes pretty hard in the lower speeds. I’m going to try some heavy tape to try and cure the problem. The other thing is the fan is open. No cage or anything around it. It is very quiet. Would I purchase again? Probably not. It’s not really worth the money. Very cheap made, majority of the fan is plastic…. Is it worth the time of returning and the hassle of taking it back down. Absolutely not. Have you an extra set of hands to hook this fan up. The wire leads are short, very short.

This fan is really unique looking. It was easy to install since it came assembled. The gear/steampunk look is great for a game room.

This is not the highest quality materials for this fan, but it is SO COOL!I love how it looks. I'm trying for a castle/medieval theme in an airbnb room and this fits it so well.It doesn't put out a ton of light, but enough, I think.The fan is large enough to get some good air flow, so that's nice.I like the smaller more compact size, though.The instructions are pretty easy to follow for installation.I like the features it has.Pretty dang happy with it.

This fan was perfect for my dad’s room as he was retired Coast Guard chief. It really fits his style very well. It is super lightweight which is welcomed during installation. The fan blades are hardly visible, which was different. I actually like the more compact look and I feel it makes the ceiling and room look bigger. It puts out good airflow, but isn’t as much as the one we replaced. We don’t use it that much, so it’s not a big deal. It also doesn’t make any squeaky noises or shake like the last one. The lights are plenty bright for me too. I am overall pretty pleased. I’d buy it again. It’s not the best made but it’s pretty unique!
