Not the same as pictured product
The picture shows a glass jar with metal lid holding 350 grams of product. The product is recieved came on a plastic container and only contains 285 grams of product. I am not happy that I did now revived the product I thought I was gonna get nor did I receive the same amount of product that I should have received per the product listing. I will be returning and ordering another kind of palm oil.

It was in a plastic jar.
The jar online was in a glass jar. I received a plastic jar plastic lid. The ingredients listed just said red palm oil. It had no instructions. It didn't smell pleasant. It was not easy to open honestly. I didn't find value in this item.

Pure Red Palm Oil in a Poor Package
This product came in as different from the one shown in the web page. Instead of being in a glass jar, this one is in a simple plastic jar with custom printed labels of RED PALM OIL. The cap is broken and the oil leaked out through out the seal. I guess there must be a reason why it cannot be packaged properly.I intended to order this oil for cooking, but now I am not sure the quality and have to try it with skincare. This oil might be authentic African red palm oil since it is solid, with an orange color, and have a nice fragrance like carotene. It works well on scalp and hair similar to batana oil, which is also solid in winter but with a different smell. It is easy to wash away afterward. Red palm oil is known to have antioxidant carotenoids, vitamin A & E, and has a lot of health benefits, both for foods and for skincare. Hope the product can improve packaging.

Looks like it came from someone's kitchen.
Im not going to be using this. First off, the product image is grossly different than what I got. It looks like someone packaged this in their home and for a food product, I am not for that.

Terrible product
This was ordered as a supplement to the parrots' diet. It had a burnt smell and taste. They would not eat the meal it was added to. Very poor quality.

Did not arrive in a professional jar.
I will add photos at a later date, as my review with photos has been, and always is, rejected when photos are included. This product was advertised in a glass jar with a mass produced label applied to it. What arrived was a thin plastic container that had a piece of paper that said RED PALM OIL taped to the front of it. A similar piece of paper (hand cut as it wasn’t even straight) was taped to the back that had the sku, said “gluten free,” “285 grams”, and “Naturalike African Pure Re…e”.As if arriving in a plastic jar that looked like it was put together in someone’s basement wasn’t bad enough, the thin screw cover was cracked directly across itself. Reddish orange oil was leaking out all over the place. Each time I picked up the jar I ended up with orange stains all over my skin.Needless to say that with the oil compromised to the air by the time I got it, I didn’t feel it was safe enough to consume to try it. Besides, I was extremely leery upon seeing the non-professional jar it arrived in.
