Sturdy and comfortable to use!
Well-made and sturdy. I've used this both standing up and under my desk as a rocking footrest, and it's been great for both. The bottom is slippery on hard surfaces, so I've been using it on carpet and rugs primarily.

You should have balance to start with. l had to have help to use and still couldn’t stay straight …probably very good for a person who has pretty good balance to start with …but if your balance is already off I would not recommend… to easy to get yourself hurt

Definitely NOT a 'non-slip surface' would not recommend this item, will be returning it.

Good staff buy wouldn't buy again
Dislike:I find it slippery although kids don't.A bit more wideness would be just right.Like:Nothing to break.Significantly diversifies working outs at home. But that is more towards the whole kind of these products than to this product itself.If do this again I would buy smth else.

Inferior product
I disliked it because it was way too small and secondly there was no way to get on it and balance. Not to mention that it was so slick with shoes and bare feet. Most have the sandpaper tape for grip this had ridges and the ridges were smooth so they were of no use.
