I bought this Blue Apatite palm stone to help me along in a weight loss journey. I’m a novice with crystals and using them for healing purposes; I often just buy them for fun but they generally end up being home decor. And this one is very pretty and decor-worthy! The color is a rich, beautiful deep ocean blue with caramel clouds. It has a nice heavy weight and the size is comfortable. But when it arrived and I took it out of the package, for the first time ever I immediately felt that “vibration” that everyone is always talking about with crystals. I placed it under the moonlight for a night and asked it to please help me meet my goal of losing 10 lbs this month by helping me to control my cravings and appetite. But I don’t even know if I had to do that.All month I carried it around in my purse with me and kept it on my nightstand while I slept. I did my usual weight loss routine of eating smaller portions of lower calorie foods, walking more, etc. All was going fine, and almost halfway into the fourth week, I had lost 7.6 lbs. I knew I wasn’t gonna meet my goal of 10, but 7.6 is plenty and I was totally happy with that and proud of myself. But the universe and this friggin rock had other ideas.On Tuesday night, I decided to order sushi for dinner. And at 3am on Wednesday morning, I awoke to find myself staring down the barrel of the most violent bout of food poisoning I’ve ever experienced in my life. For 36 hours, my body ejected everything that had ever been inside of me, including my soul. Today is day 30 and I’m down 10.4 lbs from my starting weight. I can say with 100% sincerity that my appetite is now under control. Thanks for reading and proceed with caution.

I didn’t know about the authenticity of the vendor’s products when I made my first purchase, and was so delighted by it, that I’ve bought a number of other crystals/gemstones from them. The black onyx is gorgeous and it, like the other stones I’ve ordered from them, has a really good energy (even after making it through Amazon shipping to my home). I mostly order from Amazing Gemstones and one other vendor now. Even though the other vendor offers stones of a higher technical grade, I prefer Amazing Gemstones. Gorgeous, genuine products.

pretty stone, exactly as described

I was excited to get this, it does not look as good as it does in the photos online. this looks like it has been dropped a few times, there is a large mark in the corner where it has been dropped, discolored and chipped. the front is all scuffed up as well. even the back has a huge gash in it. I think i was sold a very defective piece or one that had been dropped several times and returned. the look does not change the properties, im moving this stone and using it daily. i feel it’s power. i went to a local store that had some identical and most looked about the same with the scuffs. i’ve changed my rating and score from 2 to 5 stars.

I got this to give as a gift and the quality is nice. It’s a good size and well polished. The colors are very pretty. I’m pleased.

Beautiful but the bag that comes together will be a bit fragile when use it practically

I understand that this is a rock, it's a natural item and every item is going to vary. So it's not going to look exactly like the photos demonstrated on the page. But this really looks different. I attached a photo to compare.There are only a couple of spots where you see the opalescence that you'd expect from a moonstone. If you move it around and let the light hit it just right, there are a couple of specks that light up. The largest is about half the size of my pinky nail. Otherwise it's a regular, dull stone like you might find sitting outside.I will give them credit for shaping and polishing it. It's a pleasantly-rounded and smooth stone. There is some pitting here and there, where you feel cracks and chips, so as a comfort item to rub it's not the best. But it's not awful.I paid for a smooth, round moonstone of a decent size, and that's exactly what I got, so I can't complain. I'm just underwhelmed by its appearance.

I will be returning it. It’s very pretty but its energy doesn’t warrant the price. I love my crystals but this one has an “expensive rock” vibe.
