Fantastic, as an insulin dependent diabetic when travelling I need to keep my insulin and non-insulin injections cool thus is a smart easy solution.

Good case
Very good case with temp display on outside. Shame its on in degrees F but I can live with that. The cool packs are easy to work with and stay cool for hours. Good solid outer case, good quality and value.

Good size if a little bulky
I really like this size of cooler case, the two supplied ice packs are the same size as the ones i already have, so i can use them in my existing travel case.This one is very clever with a temperature indicator on the outside as well.Its a firm case, top and bottom with the zipper being around the middle, so everything inside should stay well protected as well.I do like the zipped compartment in the middle when the case is opened, i can get the pens inside and zipped up, ice packs on the outsides and plenty of room.This item was supplied for review in a blue colour, i didnt get to choose, but its very nice and easy to open / close.A little more bulky than the one i use daily, but for travelling, much better as it has a bigger capacity.Overall very happy with this item, would recommend
