Great gluten free supplement at a great price
Great product!! Highly recommended it. Nice blend of ingredients. I have food allergies, nice that it's gluten free! Great customer service as well.

Did not work.
Decided to give these a try and it has only been a week, but they have not helped on bit, I feel like my night sweats have gotten worse and I started getting hot flashes during the day which I wasn't getting before. My mood swings have been terrible, like they didn't help me balance just made me angry, so I stopped taking them. Just not for me.

Positive effect
I’ve only been taking this supplement for little over a week but have already noticed positive effects. I’ve been sleeping better at night and my energy level increased significantly. I’ve been less irritable and have less mood swings. While taking it with food I haven’t noticed any problems with my stomach.
