I only finished a set of this product.(Conditioner & Shampoo)Shampoo:I liked the smell because it smelled natural and like rosemary. The only thing I’d say is that my hair would become with a straw like feel.Conditioner:The smell was like of mint (really good and I liked it). I did feel that the conditioner hydrated my hair despite the shampoo making it feel the way it did once applied.Overall:Both products smelled good and I feel like it didn’t affect my hair in a negative way. The way my scalp felt after washing and conditioning in one word would be, REFRESHING. After my hair would dry it would feel soft and clean. I like that most of the ingredients used are natural or as natural as possible .

My wife always buys Petal Fresh Hair ResQ Original Formula Natural Thickening Biotin Shampoo. She isn't able to this in the retail stores anymore. She is still able to find this on Amazon.

I love this shampoo and conditioner and have ordered it from Amazon before. Great product for thinning hair! The problem is when I got it out of my mailbox the plastic shipping bag was soaked as well as my other mail! When I opened the bag both caps were very loose resulting in a mess as well as not getting what I paid for. I’ve never had this happen before, but it did this time! I will probably not order again because in tough financial times it’s not worth anything less than a full bottle of what you paid for. Again, great product that’s not sold in our local stores but not acceptable on how it arrived.

the product itself smells amazing. the texture isn’t slimey or sticky. didn’t create too many bubbles when i washed the bottles off.the packaging could be better. this is the second liquid product i’ve purchased from amazon that had a broken seal and spilt inside in the package. i think the soap company could do with a little paper seal under the bottle cap to ensure a mess free delivery.overall i’m still happy with my purchase.
