Very Useful. It comes with a battery, charger, and cord. You need to put a battery and charge it first.It comes with the loaded paper roll.Use in phone:Download an app that can help you connect with the "Bluetooth thermal Printer" there are many available in play store.Use in Laptop:Download the suitable driver for laptop.Connect with blue tooth or cord, it works both ways.When you change the roll, just be careful with the side of paper that needs to be printed. Otherwise, you might get blank paper while printing.It is a 2" inch printer, so your images to be printed get adjusted with it.Feedback:Manual is not very clear, It took me lot of time to setup this printer.It is slow to get connected with Bluetooth when it opens. Sometimes I need to restart it to get it connected.Best customer care I feel it has; I got connected and got resolved most of the issues in 15-20 minutes on WhatsApp.

Product is good and works as expected. Only thing is windows driver is missing. We need to contact dealer for driver on mail or whatsapp. The dealer is responsive and driver works perfectly. Definitely recommended.

Issue is logo goes on extreme sides inspite of setting and aligning it doesn't work efficiently so please think accordingly and buy Even size is of it doesn't fit as mentioned when increased and decreased
