Best Soft Chewy Noodles Ever
These noodles were soooo good the texture is everything and it’s so good for hot pot, malatang, or just to add it in dishes ! It’s so good and the chew isn’t too chewy but it’s so perfect! For the price and amount, it is worth it

Great noodles for soups
This noodle was nicely cooked for soups, and it has a nice texture to it. It absorbs the broth well. It’s easy to cook and it tastes great. I like how fast it cooks. Very versatile noodle as well. Good value for money.

Slippery in the mouth
There were no cooking instructions in English on the package or they might have been covered with a large label with some nutrition facts translated to English. Therefore, I decided to cook the noodles in some chicken broth. I was glad I cut the noodles into smaller pieces before putting them into the broth because they softened very quickly and became slippery. It was difficult to chew on the noodles because of their slipperiness. After a couple of attempts to get hold on them with my teeth, I would just swallow the pieces. The entire eating experience felt uncomfortable.

Hotpot Wide Noodles
Don't be put off by the unappetizing photos in the listing for these noodles. Don't be put off by the somewhat unappetizing appearance of the noodles sealed in their bag. After soaking the noodles and adding them to a saucy stir fry they were actually pretty good. They have a toothsome quality and more chew than a regular noodle. But they don't gum up in my teeth and molars. They add a hearty element that is satisfying and provide some heft to the dish. This was my first experience with this type of wide noodle and I regret I don't have more to experiment with because of their interesting texture.
