Fun to ride and a great price.
I have a bad ankle and wanted something to carry me around when I go to my flea market Hamfests. This scooter is perfect, and the price is right. Florida is a long way from California, and arrived in about a week. It was very well packed with a lot of cushion material, and 30 min later it was assembled.I took it out for a spin and logged 6 miles around my community, 15 mph max with my 175 lb frame. The battery bars dropped one bar. The next day I covered another 6.5 miles, then the last battery bar started blinking and the motor started cutting on/off as I drove into the garage. For my purpose 12.5 miles is plenty of ground to cover on a charge. There were no hills to climb, but the motor has nice pickup to accelerate. If I took one hand off the handle bars, the scooter felt like it wanted to shimmy, so I think 15 mph is plenty of speed. Otherwise, it felt solid. There is no key or security device to keep anyone from driving the scooter off, just a button to energize the throttle and lights. So I carry a 6' length of wire cable and a lock to secure it. A reasonably loud buzzer horn will warn others or "toot" to say Hi. No turn signals, but each front and rear disc brake will activate the brake light, and the front and rear lights can be turned on or off.It took 6 hours to recharge the 36v battery. The owners manual says to leave the battery charger on for another hour to put a really good charge on, but that makes no sense. Once the charging light goes off, the charging stops. Also, for safety, you don't want to overcharge these lithium batteries. I noticed the charger got quite warm - 113 degrees (which may be normal). I had an aluminum heat sink lying around the shop, so I tied it on with string, and this brought the temp down to 100 degrees. Just string, I made no holes or connections to the charger.Overall, this is a very nice scooter and is fun to ride. The 12 .5" X 2.25" air filled tires give a smooth ride. The seat height is easily adjustable. I have a Ford Edge SUV and the scooter folds down and fits neatly in the back.

Excellent build quality but Poor motor performance: Updated
Update: After dealing with Jasion's customer service, I want to amend my review. If you read my review below you will see I was no happy with the performance of this one product. The company stand by their products and remediated the situation 100 percent. I will for sure be buying their new products in the future. Most of my family own a Jasion Electric bike so we will love to see what new products they make. If you live in a flat area this scooter will work great. Its smooth and well built.Let me start off by saying have owned 3 of the Jasion E-bikes. I really wanted to love this scooter. The design and build are excellent. The height of the handlebars and the overall design are good. Now here is the bad. The motor is described has 850w peak with high torque. With 160-pound adult and a 10-degree grade it will barely reach 12mpb. If the grade exceeds that forget about it you are walking up it.Wehn trying to return this item also, forget about it. You have pay for shipping and you lose the 110-dollar original shipping fee. it's a shame they didn't just use the 1200w motors that they install on all their adult E-bikes. I will just have to sell this privately to someone that lives in a flat area. Will I buy future Jasion products? Probably but not anything under a 1200w motor rating. Hope this helps anymore who might be considering buying one.

Decent commuter (moped style) electric scooter for decently priced city transport
I’m an owner of two Jaison electric vehicles, the JS2 and JS3Pro. I’m going to rate my experience with the JS3Pro compared to the JS2 which I believe will be a more accurate rating for buyers**I’ve rated the JS3Pro 3.5 stars out of 5. It has the feel of an electric moped more than a scooter when you are riding it. Let’s go over the things I’ve found to not like about the scooter.Con’sSuspension- while I thought this would be a pro, the shock suppression system is less than ideal. The front is the only end with the shocks which makes the Ride very bumpy when seated due to no shock suppression in the rear. Also the front very slightly bounces on flat ground because of the air tires and shocks.Tcs- The JS2 had a traction control system that when riding at any speed the scooter would assist in keeping itself upright, the JS3Pro is missing that system. When driving it you can feel it seems a bit loose underneath you making that a bit of a worry when driving on the road around cars and just forget about staying on it if you have to drive off road.Basket- while the basket is a good edition it isn’t as useful in practice. To make use of the basket without worry of losing your things you need to make sure you have zip ties with you, small bumps can pop the basket open and throw your stuff all over the road making hazards for drivers.Lights- The headlight isn’t as bright as it should be to light up the ground around you at night, it’s pretty dangerous driving if there’s lot of potholes around. The final issue I saw with the JS3Pro is that the motor is weak compared to the weight the scooter needs to carry. I feel if it was dual motor it would be better for small inclines but it almost just wants to give up at any sign of a hill. Flat ground is the best for the JS3Pro.ProsRide- I like the feel of the vehicle, the deisgn makes it give the feeling of riding a moped which in my opinion feels like a better experience than standing to ride the scooterIgnition- the key ignition is a nice addition as well not having to worry about the vehicle possibly getting stolen because of the weight of it and you can take the keys out when not in use.Power balance- I noticed the JS3Pro has a good power balance, if it is on flat ground the power it outputs is more consistent than the JS2, you can travel longer at slightly higher speeds with this model. And has around the same travel distance (about 10mi/per trip)Personally for the price it’s a good vehicle, I bought the JS3Pro and JS2 just so I have a spare vehicle to make it into work. If one is broken and I’m waiting on a part
