The flashlight is solid, the beam bright and adjustable with the “zoom” feature. In additions the strong magnet in the base of the handle will hold onto metal at 90-180 degrees.

I use this professional in a shop 3 days a week. Very bright. Battery life is okay, but I keep it on the charger when not using.

I was in need for a magnetic utility light, since I was rebuilding my VW 2.0Tsi engine.Here are some cons:- rubber handle gets easily dirty/ stained- bigger than expected and can’t fit in some tight spaces- longer reload time probably 3-4evenusing Apple MacBookPro chargerPositive feedbackI’ll be using the LED light now for either roadside emergency (since it can be easily charged) or for camping tripsGreat light output definitely not needed under the car.Magnetic bottom sticks sturdy to the side of my car/ doors/ hood.The swivel head is a great featureThe light is fairly cheap but good quality product if not used in a dirty environment.

Hey all,After testing this item out I have many positive things to say about it, but first off I just want to say how pleased I am with the item. This item was an absolute joy to test. I honestly love Philips products because they are always so great to use. Philips has the ability to make top of the line products and I have never been let down by them.Now I will say one thing this is not an inexpensive lamp. Nearing the 50$ price point for a flash light is stretching my budget and honestly. I don't know if I would have jumped on the deal considering the price. SO, I will also say that the quality of this item is superb. This is a tool that you're going to get a lot of use out of and should last you many many years. (As long as the built in battery holds up?)So, on the good side of things:-Great durable and mechanical feel.-Bright adjustable LED light... it gets so bright it actually emits heat on the highest setting.-Superiorly STRONG magnetic base... this thing will stick to anything remotely metallic.-Rubberized grip-Built in lithium ion rechargeable battery (usb c)-Telescoping flashlight lens. You can adjust the diameter of the beam to spotlight or wide angle like a camera lens.-180 degree pivoting head.. it doesn't rotate but the base does.-Excellent engineering you can tell there was some love put into this design.This is not a small flashlight. It is roughly the size of a banana (I know its a weird comparison but if you can gather..) so don't make the mistake of thinking this is one of those flashlights that feels cheap and small. This is a big lamp, it is very bright.Overall I really love this light, I bought it for working on electronics at my work bench. I often need a flashlight that will magnetically attach for an awkward angle, or for dimly lit areas of computer cases...etc. The good thing is that since I don't always need a flashlight for working, I do need one for spotlighting addresses on houses at night while I'm delivering goods. The pin point accuracy is almost like a laser beam and will be great for spotlighting as I see need for it.I do suggest this item and have given it 5 stars for all around superior quality and versatility. Over the years I have spent a small fortune on those LED lights you see at the checkout counter at you local hardware store. They all worked good for awhile, providing you kept a supply of AAA batteries on hand. Then if you don't replace the AAA batteries right away they explode and the light is trash. That said, when I saw this brand name light I ordered one as a replacement for all of them. It fits your hand well and has the feel of a quality built product. It is just a flashlight, so you can't charge your phone or other USB devices from it. It does one thing, provide light, and it does it very well. It has a battery indicator that lets you know if you should charge it before you start a project with it. The lens is adjustable from a spotlight to a floodlight with a simple pull or push, and the brightness along with the position are adjustable. The magnetic base is strong and has no problem holding it in any position. The light will stand up when on something non-magnetic, but it is not that stable, more so it the light is at the full right angle position. I will be using it for auto repair work, so there is always something steel to stick it to. This company (Philips) makes a wide verity of lights, so you are sure to find the one that fits your needs. This one is great for my shop.

It's a good flashlight it's very bright but it does have several drawbacks that make it a backup flashlight not a go-to.The battery does not last all day on a job site and it takes forever to charge fully.

The flashlight works well, I like the eco mode, and 1000 lumens spotlight, with the adjustable zoom makes it a versatile flashlight. It has a magnet, and is waterproof, shockproof, and chemical proof, great survival gear.
