Bob's Red Mill Organic Buckwheat Flour, 22 Ounce, Pack of 2

Since I’m picky about food and want the best ingredients I can source, I often buy from Bob’s Red Mill. Their buckwheat flour is hearty and tastes like buckwheat. I made great buckwheat crepes with this batch and want to try adding it to some other recipes. Remember, buckwheat is NOT a grain and isn’t wheat. So is excellent for those wanting to cut back on wheat or need to be gluten-free. Do some research if you’ve never used it and expect a slight learning curve. I highly recommend Bob’s Red Mill products. Great quality, consistently reliable and a very ethical company.

I've tried other brands for pancakes. These are non-GMO and are easy to make. Thank goodness for Bob's Redmill!

My wife loves to mix this 50/50 with regular flour to give our fried fish a good flavor.

Started baking with buckwheat after I started experiencing bloating from flour containing products. This product is a bit pricey compared to other products, but I don't bloat anymore eating pancakes! Highly recommend Bob's Red Mill if you're looking for a quality buckwheat product.

I 'like the quality. The buckwheat I ordered from Bob's Mill is organic buckwheat, it does nothave other fillers like so many I ordered before. It has a great taste, cooks up great on the grill.

This buckwheat flour is tops in every way. There's even a good recipe on the bag for buckwheat pancakes. I would definitely buy this again. Packaging is secure and easy to work with.
