Works great for back and upper shoulder issues. Pretty comfortable and relieves pain.

Either motor failing or connection weak
Two months, that is all it lasted. The connection fails and it vibrates and stops like if the connection fails. I have no way of contacting support because it just gives suggestions on how to "try" to fix it. Money down the drain sadly. Quality has declined. And only a month for returns or exchanges. I'll say 3 months at least, but a month? Hopefully you save your hard earn cash and get something better that may last longer and its not as weak.

It's really smaller than any of them I have ever seen, it's very hard to get the the control button, but it does the job, and at this price it should do it for a long time.
