Dirty rice when you don't have time to make it from scratch
This is my go-to when I'm in the mood for some dirty rice to go with chicken or maybe fried fish. The spice is too intense for me, so I pick out about half, which is just about right for my taste. (It would be nice if they made the low-salt version in the same box size!)

You can add a variety of meat, but my favorite is a spicy ground sausage. My son takes leftovers and wraps it in a tortilla.

Great Value
Dirty Rice is so good, and so versatile. It's great served cooked with ground beef, or sausage. I' ve sautéed onions and added corn to the cooked dirty rice and have stuffed bell peppers with it and also it makes great burrito filling with tomato, lettuce, and sour cream.It's just up to your imagination. Quick , easy, and makes plenty.
