My rheumatologist recommended turmeric with bioperine to keep inflammation at bay. I've used 1000mg of turmeric for 3 years and my SED rate - which is the indicator of inflammation - shows no inflammation. I need to keep it that way so I will continue using this product. It works.

All though this product did not work for me, as well as I thought it would, and I bought several bottles, I can't honestly give it a bad review. People are different and medicine works different for different people. They are easy to swallow given their size. I was taken four a day. Maybe not taking enough? For the cost, I thought it was worth a try as a safer better alternative to Aleve. Have not given up the idea of trying this product again in the future.

I take one of these each day with my breakfast. If I don't take it with food, I tend to belch it for a few hours. I find that it helps my minor arthritis in my hands. Many people say Turmeric Curcumin helps them with their immune system. I've been taking this for about four years have had two colds in that four years. I've had no other illnesses during that time.

This is a health supplement that does its job. It enables better joint movement for me, however the capsules are quite large. Wish they were smaller.

I liked this product because it works for me. The 1000 mg pill is a little large to swallow but you can make herb tea with it!
