Day 1 reviewThe tree arrive a full week ahead of schedule. It's larger than I expected. Even the main trunk is thicker than I thought it would be. The large glazed blue ceramic pot is packed to the top with a nice bonsai soil mix and the soil is already watered thoroughly. The foliage is bright green and healthy. It's definitely been pruned with the bonsai aesthetic in mind. The packaging was fantastic. Lots of layers of security involving cardboard, polystyrene, and shrink wrap. I hope I get many years out of this plant. Great first time buying experience.

I recently purchased this bonsai, and I couldn’t be happier! It arrived well-packaged and in excellent condition. The tree itself is healthy, with vibrant leaves and a well-developed root system. The pot is sturdy and complements the tree beautifully.Perfect for beginners and experienced plant lovers alike. Highly recommend for anyone looking to add a touch of nature to their space!

Arrived today and it’s an amazing tree looks healthy and beautiful. But than again your dealing with Brussels nursery always top notch. The tree has a really nice shape. I’ll let it sit out of the sun for week and already have plan to shape it.

The plant is absolutely beautiful and much bigger than I expected. It's arrived in perfect condition and was very well packaged. No floating dirt/ dust in the box and no broken or damaged parts to the plant, even though the box was delivered on it's side. I can't believe how solid it was packed and anchored to the bottom of the box. Very professional job on the packing. A healthy beautiful plant arrived in perfect shape. 5 Stars for sure.

What a shame this beautiful bonsai was completely broken in two places when I received it. Upon opening the box I saw this poor little tree had not been secured and was tipped over on it's side with a broken trunk. 😢 It was such a beautiful tree and such a nice size and shape. If only they had put it in a smaller box and secured it better. So sad. I'm hoping the replacement comes in better condition and is similar to this one in size and shape. I will update my review after receiving the replacement.

Wow! What a great tree! Was a little scared with the negative reviews and the low price for the advertised size of the tree. Decided to go for it since I never have any problems getting good customer service from Amazon. I am glad I did. I received a beautiful, healthy tree of 9.5" and 12.5" including the pot - well within the advertised size. It has a few separate mounds and a great snaky trunk. I've added a picture. This is at least a $60 tree on any bonsai site so also a great buy! Also, of importance is how well it was packaged for shipping almost to the point of being a little hard to unpack but I don't mind having that problem in this case. The tree was packaged so there would be no movement with the pot being well wrapped all the way up to the trunk to retain moisture. I am very impressed and will probably by another for an additional location. Beware those of you new to bonsai - this is an outdoor tree. It will not live for any length of time indoors.

Tree is healthy and beautiful but the packaging was bad! Tree arrived completely split from the apex down the trunk about 3 inches. The pot was not secured in the shipping box and I received my tree upside-down. It's December here and the tree is dormant so I'm hoping that pulling the crack together with thin latex surgical tubing will make it heal come springtime. Tree is a 10, packaging is a 0.
