We've purchased 3 RockRose other tints from this brand with no complaints. We didn't use a metter, but 5%, 20% and 35% all looked to true to specs. Charcoal coloring, expected heat and UV/IRR reductions. No Red/Rose tint in the mix.

Some thick tint but as long as mixture is soapy easy to work with and has good charcoal tint to it 5%

This is the most expensive tint on Amazon, I thought this will be the best one but unfortunately it doesn’t shrink at all! I spent 3 hours to slowly shrink it with a PROFESSIONAL HEAVY DUTY HEAT GUN but it doesn’t work at all! I have been installing tints all my vehicles including all my families and friends, I can install spotless tint on the side windows doesn’t matter the quality of the tint but front and rear windshield you need a better quality one so it needs to shrink along the window curves. I thought this one will do the job based of the price and the description of the seller but it was a big disappointment. If you are looking for a side window tints, yes it might do the job poorly but definitely not a quality tint. Instead get the cheapest tint it will do the same job with this. Don’t even try to put it on the rear or front windshield.

Easy to work with nice and thick with good color on 5%. Adhesion was good heat wasn't necessary for my application. Take your time and clean the windows really good prior to the application.

I wanted a ceramic tint to help keep my car cool since my AC doesn’t work. I wasn’t expecting perfection at this price point. It really didn’t want to shrink at all so spent a lot of time working to get it to lay flat. It did eventually but in my efforts did end up burning the film. Not a big deal as I had enough to start over with a new piece. Still seemed ridiculous how much heat it needed to do anything.It also does have a milky/cloudy appearance in direct sunlight. Which is to be expected at this price.

I just want to write this review for those who don’t do this regularly. After hours of due diligence I just want to state if you have an older vehicle with hella old window glass don’t be surprised if blemish’s or bubbles happen. A lot blame the film itself but realistically it’s not always the films fault for the job failing. I did a job on a vehicle from 2015 where the previous owner smoked cigarettes regularly in the vehicle. This made the vehicle cake in oxidation and nicotine in the trim, rubber and glass. What this does is the second you add heat the film stats to haze up. If your vehicle is used and glass is beat up or 15 years old please don’t expect the film to work 100% properly. This goes for any film. Image is just an example of smoking in the car and it being caked into the glass itself.

Felt the difference in temperature once applied, definitely blocked the heat. Great for the price, will be ordering again!
