We each put a teaspoon of maca in our smoothies every single morning, and I swear by it for hormone control in both men and women. This brand has great flavor and consistency. I love the taste and smell as well. It always seems fresh and delivers quickly. No complaints.

☺️This isthe first time I tasted MACA POWER & the first time I tried this brand . It arrived well packaged & the smell is very nice/fresh. I used 1/2 cup of fat free milk & used my frother that Is attached to my expresso machine to make the milk hot but also 1 tsp.of maca power with some squirts offat free salted carmel sauce topping JordanSkinny mixes 0 sugar . At first I tried to mix the powder with a spoon but there's still little chunks but If you use a milk frother it makes it nice &smooth! It turned out great & I love the froth texture‼️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ It had aNutty taste with Carmel added because of the sauce I put. You can always use a blender with water or any kind of milk to mix the powder. I tried it with water before but milk is my favorite! ☺️ A lot of health benefits‼️❤️ I would definitely buy it again when it runs out‼️☺️ This is one of the most delicious ❤️ drinks I have made with healthy powders ‼️ I like to write reviews because it helps other people out & gives.a idea of a product & people's experience. I’ve been adding this maca powder to my bulletproof coffee, and it blends perfectly—no clumps, unlike others I’ve tried! It enhances my coffee with a smooth, rich earthy flavor and an extra boost of energy. I love that it’s organic, gelatinized for easy digestion, and comes in a resealable bag. Definitely a staple in my morning routine!

Im almost thru this bag and wanted to wait till I had tried it for some time before reviewing. First yes it has definite odor. Depending on your sense fo smell it will smell bad or not so bad lol. I think it smells nutty but the wife call is poo powder lol. That being said the flavor isnt terrible. I mix it with my first morning cup of coffee and it gives my coffee a nutty flavor, similar to hazelnut coffee. It dont mix well so I usually pour a little coffee in my tumbler then add the desired powder and use my battery operated stirring device (I cant remember what the wife calls it, she bought it lol) and high speed mix it until its as blended as possible then fill the tumbler with more coffee. There is a definte mood boost and energy boost. Havent really had my t levels tested to see if it actually improves that as some claim but it does increase libido. Dont take this before bed or you wont sleep lol. After I finish this bag I will probably buy the capsules just to avoid the hassle of having to mix it but thats just personal preference. The powder is more cost effective in comparison to the capsules which is why I originally went with the powder. Definitely a little off putting that the warning label on the back of the bag isn’t exactly advertised which made me iffy about wanting to use it but so far no issues. It smells very nutty and it hasn’t affected the taste or texture or smell of my fruit smoothie. I blended it with a coconut,mango,banana and pineapple smoothie and while drinking it I can’t even tell it’s there although I will say it leaves a lingering nut smell. I can’t tell if that’s because every time I open the bag the smell is so strong or because of the smoothie either way no complaints besides the not so advertised cancer and reproductive warning on the back

I posted a review a couple of months ago after first trying this product and noticing the immediate effects of feeling energized and less moody. I am now upping my rating from four to five stars after experiencing the longer term effects as well. This has seriously worked miracles for me! I had no idea my hormones were so out of whack. I must've gotten so used to feeling abnormal that it became normal for me, and now I can't help but think, "How did I live that way for so long?!" My PMS was horrible: extreme moodiness, tenderness in the chest area (ladies, you know), debilitating cramps, abnormal flow, and all that jazz. Now, I hardly notice ANY of the above-mentioned when that time of the month comes around. I was also suffering from some pretty nasty hormonal acne before I started taking this maca powder daily. It had gradually been getting worse over my years of not thinking that it had anything to do with hormones, and had reached a point where I couldn't stand to look in a mirror. It was BAD. This wonderful product has my skin almost COMPLETELY clear of hormonal acne now. SO much better than taking a contraceptive birth control, which only screws up hormones even more. And of course, I do feel more energized and motivated throughout my days. I don't ever, ever, EVER want to stop using maca, I love it so much. :)
