This bidet is awesome. I have had mine for about a week now, although I have one major issue with it. I don't know why, but when you first click the button for your selected cleaning option, it sprays immediately straight out of the little area where the sprayer comes out before the sprayer even exits the little hidey hole it's in! So beware if you're not sitting all the way back, it'll spray up your back and get you wet.Edit: Hello!! I'm adding another bit to this review since the company reached out to me in order to help me resolve the issues I was having. The seat is significantly warmer on the new bidet and it no longer sprays up our backs. It seems that the initial bidet we had purchased may have been defective; however this company has gone above and beyond to help us resolve the issue. I absolutely LOVE this bidet now, it works solidly and has zero issues at all. The night light is such a perk to have for night-time potty sessions and the water is warmed perfectly, the seat being warm is also such an awesome perk!! Everyone who visits my home that gets to sit on it absolutely loves how warm it is and brags that I have a boujie home thanks to my warm toilet seat. Hahah!! I'm so very happy with this product and am so happy to have it in my home. So far so good. Just started using it but it seems to work well. NOTE: i have a 4 year old Kohler toilet, which is fairly new in my estimation... and I will say that installation of the provided expansion gasket nuts was a real challenge. the hole was too small for the large ones provided, and too large for the small ones provided. I had to do some field modifications to them to get them to fit. I think a third option for the bolts should be provided, particularly for the cost of this product.

I was scheduled for a shoulder surgery and will be in a sling for 6 weeks. Therefore many of the dominate right hand functions that we utilize daily will be paused and challenged. I did some research and looked at the electrical sourced accessory had inline heated water and many adjustments to be effective during my time of post surgery. I have used it now for over a month and now become very familiar with usage and feel this is the best purchase for the price.

The media could not be loaded. Very easy quick installation. Works well. Will update on longevity. The features are amazing and works well. The ergonomic of the seat, buttons and Bidet was well engineered. I’m a fan thus far.

I like the concept. The product works as expected. Draws a lot of power when heating water which causes voltage drops on this circuit. That’s not the product’s fault. I just need the electrician to come back and fix that.As for the product itself…The seat is very uncomfortable. Might as well just sit on the toilet rim. Using a squatty potty stool improves the position so it doesn’t hurt my legs.The lid falls down when you push it up unless you hold it in place. This is because of the clearance between the back of the product and the toilet bowl being tight. So if you have a toilet with a tank that sits on the bowl (typical American style toilet), this could be you too.The water heats up, seat heats up, and it dries your tush too.Installation wasn’t difficult, just don’t tighten the bolts too tight or it will warp the plastic shims making it impossible to put the seat on.In the end, I will replace this unit with one that fits me and my house better but this product was a good entry point to determine if a bidet seat is right for me and my household.
