Do what they are supposed to.
Bought these for my plate carrier as the straps can dig in from the weight of the ar500 plates. Fit is good and and they mitigate the digging in issue. Great product for the price.

Nicely made, easy to use, stays in place extremely well when you attach the included strips of loop material. A bit on the small size, but the padding seems adequate.
