Decent guitar, awful company
They made a decent guitar. Sent it to me in horrible packaging that was shredded by the time it got to me. The day after It arrived I wound up having a pulmonary embolism and can no longer play the guitar.I informed the company and they told me to return it and not to worry about anything. I brought it to the local Amazon return place and paid them almost a hundred dollars to repackage it because the packaging they sent was destroyed. I sent them pictures. Once they received it, they charged me a ridiculous second shipping fee that I never agreed to. Then they charged me a restocking fee that was so expensive I would have been better off keeping the guitar and giving it to a friend. I brought it up with customer service and showed them pictures of the packaging and their support saying “don’t worry about a thing, that’s horrible, and we’ve got you covered.”It was a great guitar for the one day I was able to play it. PRS lied through their teeth and told me they had me covered. I found out the rest while I was in the hospital facing a ton of medical bills. Be better PRS. They took advantage of me in an awful and terrifying situation and Amazon keeps rejecting my reviews. Only on this one item.PRS ripped me off and I pray that the awful people I interacted with on their team never get the ability to play music stolen away from them while they’re being robbed at the same time.

A b eautiful guitar
This guitar plays very easily and does not come across as an inexpensive Indonesian model. The craftsmanship is excellent. I am extreemly pleased to have bought one. I think they are out of production, though. The only iffy thing is you have to pull up on the tone knob to get it to split coil to a single coil sound, which is kindof difficult for live playing. It comes with a PRS gig bag, so you may want to purchase a case. I feel lucky to have gotten one while they were still available. It was agreat buy.
