Great kit with one caveat…
4 stars instead of 5 due to misleading photo. I purposefully bought this set knowing the fret rocker didn’t have measurement indicators on it. Why? The second picture for this product. The lower left-hand photo shows someone using fret spacer gauges to check the action. Those gauges (even though they are displayed next to photos of items in the set) are NOT in the set. It’s my own fault for not knowing the names of all the tools included. Nonetheless, it’s still a misleading photo. My own fault for being in a rush but hopefully everyone else can pay their due diligence.

It was the first time I finished my own guitar frets and it had almost everything I needed. Good value.

You get what you pay for and then less
Bought this specifically for the sander block and it arrived crushed and bent, unusable. Everything is very cheap.

Gets the job done (barely)
Does an okay job, certainly better off than before. The crowning file is not great for jumbo frets, and the sanding paper lasts about 5 seconds

So far so good...
I bought this kit because I bought a new bass and it had some sharp frets and some fret buzz/dead notes like all import basses that came to the US on a container ship going across the hot, humid Pacific.I've only used the fret crowning tool so far, so I can fairly judge the rest of the package. It all comes in a small faux velvet bag and the packaging is the same all as inexpensive Chinese products, not inspiring at all but who cares how it's packaged if it works? Well, the fret crowning file works just fine, and the rest should be the same. I really wasn't expecting much because I didn't need much, that's why I didn't spend a lot. But it works just fine. It's not a $300 diamond file obviously, but it'll do what you need it to.

File is worthless. Sanding block is barely long enough but got the job done. Rocker is pressed steel.
