I gotta say, Linksys is back
Great compatibility with DAC cables. I was able to plug my 10-Gtek SFP+ DAC cables in and connect the switches over aggregate links.Switch not for beginners. If you are not super familiar with networking you may have some trouble setting it up.I was able to "stack" these by aggregating the SFP+ links over two of these switches.This also has from what I understand a "Cisco like CLI" where you can configure VLANs and what not from a serial port console. I may look into that once I get my phone system up and running.The price of this unit is amazing. The Ubiquiti PRO equivalent of this switch has 2 less SFP+ ports, and a +$300 difference. Also has a ton of PoE capacity for a 24 port switch.The user interface web gui has terminology mixups from what I am used to, but overall it was straightforward and easy to set up LACP and and VLANS. Haven't tried the phones yet but I will soon.
