Bad Product and Terrible Customer Support
I ordered this high priced item that came with defective part. A wheel won't connect to one of the arms because it was not made correctly. I called twice for help but I have gotten ZERO customer support or replacement part. Please remove this vendor from Amazon. They claim they contacted me, however, in my messages from sellers on Amazon, I have nothing showing. I even gave the Amazon customer support team a new email address to give to the seller that they could contact me at in order to better facilitate their response. I have received nothing from them.
