I really think it is helping with my neck pain...

This didn't seem to help anything, if anything it made matters worse. After using it my neck was very stiff, while using it I was in a lot of pain as it felt like it was pinching my neck more so than stretching it. I don't recommend this product

I've never used a device like this before so I'll begin by saying I have nothing to compare it to. First off I went straight to the instructions, which aren't really clear, but once I looked at it I realized it's pretty straightforward to use. I get a stiff neck from working on my computer all day, and thought this would be good to use for 10 minutes or so (the recommended time) after work each day. I've been doing it for a couple of weeks now and while it feels nice as I'm lying on it, afterwards my neck is back to feeling stiff and painful.One great thing about the neck stretcher is that you don't need to plug it in or use batteries, so you can use it anywhere you'd like. I just lie on my office floor on a yoga mat and I found the stretcher very comfortable.Maybe it works for certain neck issues and not others, I'm not sure, but like I said it feels great as I'm using it but is definitely not a long term solution.

The two best featues are 1) Purely mechanical, so no battery or power needed. Letting you use this anywhere you can lie down. 2) Manual control using the hand pump. Better than the one piece designs with no adjustability, or the motorized versions with limited adjustability. With this uint, you can elevate to any position, and hold it as long as you like, very easily. Full release and extension is also possible, as the valve releases the air quickly, and the elevation is entirely dependent on how fast you can pump. You can't over pump, as the valve will start releasing air if it's over pressured.Rubberized texture with knobules, and a wide base, keeps it from sliding around. The rubberized surface is soft and comfortable. Positioning is best attained when not wearing a collared shirt, and stays in place once settled. I have a fiarly long neck, and it does offer signifiant relieve. Although I personally could use a little more reach.

I thought this is a good idea when I first saw this.For sometimes when my entire spin was in great pain, I wish I had this. Most of the time I couldn't stay in the same position without feeling pains, and this product definite has fixed that issue.First of all, this product is good quality and made from strong foam. It's a manual air pump with bag under the center part. Squeeze the pump to inflate, and there's a button next to the pump part to deflate to adjust height. Simple design and it works wonders.I can turn my head and stretch on it, using the pump to support the head and flex muscles mildly. I love it!

Hubby is the one with a laundry list of aches and pains from years of personal training/martial arts. He said the concept of the product is sound and works fine but doesn't think this a a whole lot better than just using any other type of ergonomic neck rest and increasing the lift with other objects. For the price, we thought there would be more to it. I like the ergonomic design of the brace myself and I think over time hubby will find the all in one unit to be useful. The pump control is very easy to engage and disengage and the whole thing doesn't require any power/batteries. Other than the price point, it's a decent buy.

it works decently. its nothing extra-ordinary, nor is it the best product out right now. i do have quite a bit of neck pain from time to time, so i will use it on occasion. 6/10, iffy on the recommendation.
