We have absolutely loved this water filter. I will say if you are a thirsty person not sure if this is for you we have to refill it multiple times a day just bc my husband and I drink so much water. It’s worth it though, we would rather refill it than drink nasty tap water!!

The filter itself is beautiful. However the set up was sort of a nightmare. The smaller filter is very hard to press and turn with the rubber seal in, but without it it will leak. Took my husband and I 5 tries to get tight enough to not leak. Soaking the filter when it floats is kinda frustrating because you don’t want to sit there for 10 minutes holding it down.We set a mug over it and that worked alright. The outside of the large filter was very dirty even after soaking and rinsing. The first day the water didn’t taste great, I would run water in it longer than recommended before drinking, but after that has been alright. Very clear water, tastes best cold. For some reason it comes with 3 slickers. 2 plastic, 1 metal. The plastic ones seem very cheaply made. The glass isn’t thin but could be thicker. Better than a lot of Amazon glass products. We had several leakage issues before everything worked out. There is no instruction on how to really put the tap on. They give you the pieces and you figure it out. Still not sure if one piece was extra or just very unclear where it went. The bolt that holds on is difficult to install because of the angle. Definitely wash it out before using due to all the handling necessary. You don’t want bacteria in your filter. The stand does have screws not sure what the one guy was talking about the dots are for the top of the stand so it doesn’t slide but the legs are attached with screws on the bottom. Not visible but does need to be put in (3 total.) fits in mini fudge/rv fridge without the stand.TL;DR Over all good filter once you get the stupid thing put together.

Im very dissappointed. My water from my Water faucet is higher than the water coming from this app. A lot machine. I am very disappointing. Please check your pH levels now have to buy something else.
