O'NEILLMen's Reactor-2 1.5mm Front Zip Long Sleeve Jacket

5' 9'' 165 lbs. I bought both the medium and large because I wasn't sure which would fit better. I use it for cold days in a heated outdoor pool. The medium is fairly snug but keeps the water out. I have to really suck in my stomach to zip it up. Once in the water if feels less tight and is more comfortable. The Large fits more comfortably on dry land but I have to wear a rash guard underneath, so the water doesn't seep in so quickly. With a rash guard it works great. I find I am using the large more often now and my wife is borrowing my medium jacket and she loves it. We both highly recommend these jackets for recreational swimming. They work great to keep you warm when you get in and out of the pool.

The jacket feels good quality and the fit is good, it wears small, so get a bigger size than you think though.

This is my first zip up wetsuit top. It works as expected but i found it a little snug and a little short compared to my Volcom and Bodyglove wetsuit tops that are the same size. If I had more time I would have returned it but needed it for a photo shoot.

I used this for the recent cooling weather when riding my Sea-Doo. It's nice to have in a dry bag and pull out if the weather turns or I get chilly. It is also really nice that it fits well over my sun shirt. Sure, there is some tugging at the sleeves and pits but well worth it. It has a front zipper that is the same as a female zipper in the US - I get it mixed up as it is backwards to my life vest. There is no irritation from any seams or collars, wrists. The wrists have a nice neoprene gasket that softens the end and seals it well. The neck zipper goes up to my throat, but doesn't choke. I had a slight tan line showing the higher neck (I was happy as this kept me warmer too).This is a jacket I have no hesitation I will use - sometimes you buy something and you are ok with it, I'm stoked - I'm warm, I did black and it looks good. Size for me is an XL. I'm 5-10", 190 lbs. The XL is for the shoulders and I have long arms so the fit was spot on. I was wearing over a shirt and under a life vest, but the bottom felt snug too as I had to put some tension to close the zipper. This is all untreated neoprene, I have another suit for surfing where the chest and knees have some rubber. This doesn't which makes it small to store, it will dry quickly, no complaints other than the zipper on the opposite side for a US male, but there has to be a reason...

Based on O’Neil’s sizing chart I ordered a medium, just like all my regular shirts. When it arrived I couldn’t even get it around me, so I returned it and exchanged it for a large. The large fits about right, but the zipper is virtually impossible to close. I’m 5’8” and 155 lbs, so no way should I need an XL, but that’s probably where I should have ended up. Unfortunately I figured the large would work and didn’t try it on until it was too late to return. Don’t make that same mistake!

I have a number of O'Neil wetsuits that are great, but really didn't like this jacket. Wanted something thinner for the kids that is easy to get on and off. This is too thin, and fit is stange. It just feels cheap. We previously had the xcel version which was way better.

If you dont like to get skin rashes and tend to get a bit cold, this is a great little jacket.
