Don't buy anything in amazon or agaro products. There return policy is very bad
I am extremely disappointed with the service from both Amazon and the seller Agar.io. Initially, I received a used item instead of a new one. Upon requesting a replacement, I received a new item, but it was missing essential accessories. When I tried to contact the seller and Amazon for a return or further replacement, I received no response. Additionally, the behavior of the customer service representatives was unhelpful and rude. I would like to know how the missing accessories will be addressed and what steps are being taken to resolve this issue.

Vacuum works great
I am really glad I purchased from Agaro,the vacuum cleans works wonderfully and recently I had an issue,regarding one of its part,and Agaro customer care handled it smoothly. They provided me the part and the team was following up as well.Companies focus on products but not on issues which can rise after purchase,but Agaro really cares for its customers. Thier customer service is top notch and the product excellent!

Fantastic product with affordable price
The media could not be loaded. Really good product. Powerful and vacuums floors as well as carpet. Really really compact and portable. Can carry anywhere with an ease. For the price it has everything a vacuum cleaner requires

Poor suction and heated soon
It has very poor suction power, tiny light weight dust also it's not able to suck, getting heated in just 6 minutes, if we fix the extension road, totally zero suction. Very poor product. Now again im using my broom and dusk stick for cleaning. Customer care also least bother to address ur issue. Please do not waste ur valuable money buying this useless product.

The product heats a lot as it is 1400wCord length is good . Wish it had more accessories . Quality is good as per price . Not easy to use . Overall satisfied with the purchase but it leaves owner wanting for more .
