A relatively broad spectrum of vitamins, however, I don't see any change in memory, and/or cognitive change.I gave it 60 days, which should be sufficient to note any change if there was going to be one.

I like that the bottle, and not just the listing, actually says made in the USA, non-GMO, and GMP. This is basically a multi-vitamin with extra ingredients for cognitive support. I wish it only had the extras. If you are taking a multi-vitamin you could easily get too much of some vitamins and minerals like some of the B's, selenium, zinc, and iron. This is a little pricey but the ingredients for brain support are expensive.

Stinks. No Results. Would Not Recommend.I am buying a brain supplement to support my memory long most but and short to a little. Maybe it is for quicker brain thinking or info figuring out.This is the 3rd brand and by far the most worst. There is nothing I am getting from this company and it's scam for my issues any way. There should be something in even a little tiny way I would have hoped but nope.I am downing 4 of these 2x's a day. They do not work.Maybe others with other issues can be helped but Buyer Beware! You !been Warned!!

Came packed well, didn't cause any stomach irritiation, and has a lot of vitamins in the supplement.

I used it for memory and I noticed NO DIFFERENCE!

This ingredient-packed supplement is a convenient way to take a LOT of different vitamins, minerals and other ingredients, but at a pretty high price.These are large size capsules, but still small enough to take fairly easily. Be sure to examine the entire list of ingredients, not just the vitamins and minerals, to get a full idea what supplements you are getting. Be sure you examine this list here online on Amazon since the label on the product is poorly printed. It is certainly easier to buy this single bottle and take the two capsules per day than to separately purchase and separately take even a fraction of the ingredients one by one. However, this convenience comes at a premium price, and you cannot chose which of the 40+ things they've rolled into each capsule you might NOT want.The ingredients label on the outer box is legible, but the label on the bottle is in quite small print, and the print quality is not great: small black print on a white background with black speckles that make the letters harder to read. Is it really wise to produce a supplement seemingly marketed to a slightly older consumer, and label it in a way likely hard for many of those consumers to read?

This product just about covers your general supplement needs. No need to take a multi-vitamin if you are taking this. I like that it is made in the USA under cGMP. I don't like that it contains silicon dioxide since that is an irritant. I have a sensitive stomach so I try to stay away from it but, unfortunately, it's difficult to find a supplement that doesn't contain this filler. That being said, I haven't noticed any negative effects from taking this supplement. It has a good ingredient list (besides the SiO2). The capsules are standard size and easy to swallow. Price is a bit steep at $1.50/serving, but your health is an investment, right? Now if only this memory-enhancing supplement would help me remember to take it....
