It working great.. my guest bathroom shower had scale in line so bad it would not work. The shower now works. It getting the scale out of the pipes enough for water to start running through my home. I wish I had bought it 2 years ago!

I am a master plumber and saw this product at first. I figured it was so cheap that it couldn’t possibly work, but I figured I’d take a shot. I’m glad I did. I was blown away at how soft my water became get this product. You won’t be disappointed you must Install this exactly as they say to the letter. It will take a few days because you have to wait until your water is completely replaced inside your water heater with the new treated water. If you have a whole house water filtration system, you will see even more benefit.

Seems to work pretty good.

Easy install. I made sure to follow the installation instructions to the letter. Finished each of two wire wraps with the zip ties provided, plugged it in and the indicator lights came on indicating that it was powered up and running. Rolling into week four and I’m not convinced that it’s doing whatever it is that it’s supposed to do. I’m not seeing any evidence that it does what they say it does. However, I will say that there appears to be less hard water spotting then before the device install. I’m giving it another week to prove itself before deciding to return it from whence it came. Will update by the end of the week pending continued operation. Stay tuned.

how do you know is working?i don't see or feel any difference

I have high hard water and tried this product. Not expecting miracles it seems to be working. Still cleaning toilets but less than half and its way better than before. Using one fourth of chemicals now than i was so it's paying for itself. I would purchase it again knowing what I know.

Plug in and nothing works. Love wasting time winding the wires and no lights. Bought this one on sale. Now i know why. Don’t buy this brand.

Noticed in first few days more water pressure in shower. I cleaned out the kitchen sink faucet and sprayer, the toilet tanks too. All working better and the toilet water is so much clearer.
