PIA TO ASSEMBLE
Nice looking and comfortable chairs. A bit difficult to put together a lot of people might not be able to get them together.

Great Patio chairs
Just the kind of chairs I wanted! And directions to assembly were easy to follow. What I liked best was their customer service. They were great in solving my problem and very quick. I had a missing piece when I opened the box. (Luckily someone had recommended counting all before assembling)They were unable to send the piece quickly so they just sent a whole new chair!I highly recommend these chairs AND this company!! Thank you!!

Look and feel great
Putting the chairs together took a while and included several words children should not hear. However once together the chairs are great - comfy and really a good value for the amount paid.

Damaged upon arrival
The box arrived a bit beaten up. A couple parts damaged. Could have been damaged in shipping or maybe from the source. The box had been taped up where a part was pushing through.The chairs are nice and assembly was not bad. Gave three star rating based on the damage and not the chair itself.
