Quick & easy install. Amazing product!!
This kit was super easy to install! In total it took about 15 minutes, from disassembling the GBA to connecting it to the TV. Works great and now I can play Gameboy on the big screen! I also love how they repurpose the GBA shell into a controller! (About 3 more minutes of work to assemble) Although, being able to use my PS4 controller instead is definitely a huge bonus!! Must buy if you're looking to turn your old GBA into a console, worth every penny in my opinion!!!

Did Not Display
I followed instructions to a T and followed the troubleshooting process. Literally does not work. Not sure if it’s specific to model of GBA, but I would not buy this.

Don't give up or t
I had a lot of the issues that people with the one star reviews were having at first, struggled for a couple hours. I don't think that it's a problem where certain models are incompatible with this device, the issue is certain contacts need to be made between the new motherboard and the original. You need to continue trying to power it up without the plastic case on where you can see the green LED on the original board light up. If you're not getting steady power try a different block, the power source is important. Make sure that your pins are lined up where they need to be and it is properly tightened together between the two boards as well. By the way if your donor console does not have good audio this will not fix it.Bluetooth controller support works great, av and hdmi are great, turning the old shell into a new controller also works great. If you have questions I might be able to help with this look up innermobius and shoot me a message.

Doesn’t work as intended, had to modify the case.
The media could not be loaded. Device works ONLY after cycling the physical power switch on the GBA motherboard. Works great after that. But I have to reset the power switch EVERYTIME. I tried two separate fully functional GBA units and both had the same issue AGB-PCB-002 and AGB-PCB-010. For 80 dollars I am just modifying the case to allow access with a small stylus to slide the switch back and forth. Would I spend the 80 dollars again if I had the choice, probably not.

power light stays on, but picture just resets in a loop. DOES NOT work with all models of GBA.
doesn't work. basically zero troubleshooting info online or in the manual.gba worked great prior to trying it in this kit.I do electrical engineering as a hobby and sometimes for paid stuff. After spending a couple hours I figured out the problem, and it's 100% due to how the intec gaming PCB is designed. after I soldered a part on I was able to fix the boot loop.I can confidently say this doesn't appear to work with ALL models of the GBA straight away.As evidenced by another customer who had the exact same issue. If the company cares, I will go through the trouble of taking my unit apart and showing what the fix is and why the error happens. but I would like a refund. I don't do work for free when I paid $100 for something that should have been a 15 minute install.

Great option for GBA on the TV
The fit was really tight, I'd recommend installing the blue PCB first and then drop in the GBA motherboard. Make sure the screws are threaded all the way in unless you'll have button(s) not working as it needs to make contact. The output is not the sharpest as people claim, but it helps if you use a lower resolution display, definitely not a 4K one. I would suggest bringing up the sharpness setting if you have one, looks great with a higher sharpness on my 32" 1080p TV. There also isn't any noticeable input delay. The one thing I'd say is the shoulder buttons on the controller board are much stiffer than the original. I also don't think the 4:3 aspect ratio is bad to use. Overall satisfied with my purchase and I like how it's more compact than a GC setup, and simpler. Plus, if you have any GBA cases the console can still fit in them, it's just a bit thicker than the handheld itself.
