Dried Yam 8.81oz Herbal Tea Congee and Soup Ingredients shanyao

Received my item, the Amazon bubble wrap envelop it came in had powder and pieces of the dried yam in it. Looked closer and there's a hole just beneath the sealed lid. Went to start a return, but it says it isn't eligible. So I'm out the money. The container is not a very sturdy plastic jar, seems likely to get damaged in shipping. I recommend finding this ingredient elsewhere. Me, I'm going to call and complain.
