365. Let’s admit, it’s amazing.
Whole Foods always makes great products. These vitamins are no exception. Love the quality, love that they are gluten-free.

Perfectly good, but no discernible lemon flavor
First, although these are a bit on the large side, I found them smooth and easy to swallow. However, if you are one of those people who have difficulty swallowing pills and capsules, you would probably like these better if they were half the size and twice the number. While it is obviously not possible to know whether these really promote eye health, I can attest to the fact that I didn’t experience any fishy taste afterwards, unlike some competing products. Considering the amount of omega-3, these contain, that is a pretty good characteristic. I don’t taste any lemon, but I suppose I can live with that. If the price doesn’t bother you, give them a try!

Great ingredients, comparable value, trusted name
I am supposed to take an AREDS 2 supplement but the brand my doc gave me a sample of had titanium dioxide in it which I did not want to ingest, and it did not have any omegas which from what I have read and my own experience helps a lot with eye health. So I have been shopping around and I came across this. I already have zinc gummies, and this has a high amount of omegas most which are DHA which is the one that is supposed to help with retina health. This 365 also has FloraGLO which is the same amount of lutein and zeaxanthin as was used in the studies that showed their efficacy in protecting eyes from screen usage. I have tried lutein and zeaxanthin in a gummy and they tasted terrible so I am glad to get these nutrients hidden in a soft gel. All this is missing really then is the vitamin e and c both of which are in my multi. So, got my eyes covered now. These soft gels are pretty large but I still don’t have a problem swallowing them but others may. I have not had any fishy burps yet from these so that is also a plus. As to value this is pretty comparable to other eye health products but this 365 has way more omegas and also is from a trusted brand. Very happy with this product.

Great
I love these. As I age I need to start caring for eye health. However I can already point out what might be a problem for some. They are quite big which could lead to issues swallowing. On top of that, you need to eat two of them. That means your serving size with be 30 days worth. And at the price it is at, they will be very costly. Unfortunately some good things will be very demanding with price - but outside of that these dont taste horrific and are high quality. No side effects. And sweet it has some OMega

Omega eye care supplements
I trust the 365 brand from Whole Foods so was happy to see an eye care supplement from them. This all-in-one product contains omega 3's from small wild caught fish, Lutein and Zeaxanthin. You have to take 2 capsules a day, so this is a 30-day supply.

Large capsules
These are gigantic pills. They are a little hard to swallow. There is no odor and the value is good for the price.

pretty easy to swallow despite the enormous size of the gels
These are the real deal 365 Whole Foods Market supplements and I generally trust this brand. I am in my 40s and everyone in my household is starting to get concerns about their eyes, whether it is age related lens hardening or other eye changes. I do not see any reason not to do everything you can to take care of your eyes, and the fish oil in these cannot hurt in general either. These pills are easy enough to swallow when you take them with water. It is weird that they advertise flavoring with these and have it listed in the ingredients, but I hear that fish oil can be nasty when you burp it up, so presumably the lemon is to make your burps tasted better. I have not tasted the lemon at all yet. Who knows what the long term efficacy of these will be, but so far I have no real complaints.
