Very good product, helped my wife a lot

I was sceptical if theses would work but they really do make me drowsy allow me to fall asleep and stay asleep effectively. They don't really have a taste, which is appreciated. I feel like they are good alternative to an antihistamine sleep aid. I haven't noticed if they have any other benefits other than sleep but they seem to be a good product for the cost.

while I am sure this is probably a good quality supplement, it gives me headaches. I don't know why, because when I used to drink beer, the hops never gave me a headache, but in supplement form it does.

Seems to be the only thing that helps me rest. Would have given 5 stars but didn’t realize it contains gelatin. I thought it was all natural, all organic.

this product does not work. i suspect there is no hops in the capsule. tried to return, but unable. have had good luck with swanson's full spectrum hops.
