Ok, so having tried various suppliers of l-threonate from various selling platforms over the last 2 and half years I think that these are the best I can find. Improvements to cognitive and muscle are very good. The major benefit over other products is that nightmares are no longer an issue and we tend to sleep straight through. They work for us.

Me and my husband both take this on a night before bed it seems to have made a big difference for my husband he twitches less and for me I feel like I get a better night sleep

Eases my Cognitive "Light Head" issues.

Decent price for a really useful form of magnesium for the brain. Less good for general body magnesium needs but still worth it.

I’ve been taking magnesium supplements for a while but never really noticed any difference. However, after switching to these Magnesium L-threonate tablets, I was genuinely impressed with the improvement in my sleep quality. I felt more rested and experienced deeper, more refreshing sleep. After finishing my supply, I decided to try a different brand, but the results just weren’t the same. Safe to say, I’ll be coming back to this one—it’s made a real difference for me.

Superior to the magtein one (which is 24 quid as of now), not as good as the i-perk one that unfortunately it's being discontinued (why??!!), so, better than more expensive ones in my opinion, happy with that.
