My 8 yr old just started taking these so I can’t speak to the effectiveness yet. However I wanted to mention for those curious that it tastes much better than you would expect based on its very off putting color and smell. When I initially opened the bottle I was thinking it would be going in the trash. I very much appreciate that it does not have artificial dyes, which definitely answers why the color is not appealing. Just a heads up for parents who have a tough time getting kids to take supplements. These are surprisingly good!!

I wish I found this years ago- a pharmacist told me about this immunity booster and shortly after my daugher and husband got really sick- I am the only one who didn't catch it and I attribute it to this product. It has just the right amount of everything in it, and not what you don't want. I was told by a doctor when you are sick no vitamin E, it will actually make you worse.
