I needed sturdy colorful standard size country cards as a tool in research every country
I think cards like these are flexible in how they can be used. Geography, International Relations, Politics, Human Rights, Demography, Art, and so on, looking at everyone in the world, these flash cards can be used as a tool for study, testing, and organizing research. I opted for the more pricey cards which are sturdy and colorful, to help be an inspiration and useful tool in my work. I had to accept the reality that the world changes everyday and Humanity is moving forward. Countries change their names, capitals, population, flags, and so on. New countries are established and existing countries merge. I create side cards as needed to keep up with the world. In this case, a publisher closer to home was a plus.

Worth the Price, Very Helpful
These flashcards are worth the price. Each flashcard has two sides. One side has the flag on it. The other side has information like the name and picture of the country/state that is represented by the flag, as well as the capital of the location, year it was established, etc. The flashcards on the info side are color coded by continent, I believe. Very helpful. I can't wait to learn more geography with these flashcards!

Lots of information that we forgot
These American History flash cards are a great way to study for History class. There's so much information that we (my wife and I) had forgotten. Of course there is a lot of information that seems superfluous and some information that we would like to see added, but you can only put so much information into a deck of flash cards.

Esta genial
The media could not be loaded. Me gustaron las tarjetas y la cajita donde se guardan.

Vexillology enjoyer
I have always been fascinated with flags since I was a kid. And I was familiar with most European flags but my knowledge was severely lacking in other parts of the world. When my 6 year old nephew started showing interest in flags I picked this up, and it became our number 1 bonding tool/ game. We quizzed each other and had so much fun every time he visited for 4 months until we both learned every flag. Now we quiz other family members and he never fails to impress them when they inevitably get stumped. I love this and I would recommend it to anyone with an interest in flags

Not bad, but there are a handful of issues.
Overall I am pleased with this set, however there are a handful in inaccuracies which could have been easily avoided with some editing, for instance: - The capital of Lithuania is misspelled as "Vilnyus" instead of "Vilnius" - The capital of Liechtenstein should be "Vaduz" and not "Vantouz" (this word is nothing?) - Eswatini has two capital cities, but "Lobomba" is not listed - Flags not up to date - missing the flag of Martinique (adopted Feb 2023) - The flags are all forced to the same dimensions, which feels like an oversight. It is almost impossible to tell the difference between the flags of Indonesia and Monaco because of this (the two flags have nearly identical colors, red over white, but the actual flags are different dimensions) - Some little issues with capitalization, for instance "Turks and Caicos Islands" doesn't seem to be capitalized correctly on the card - Other reviewers have mentioned that some of the information related to population is not accurate, but I have not checked this personallyStill, I have gotten a lot of use out of the set and the cards are sturdy and don't wear easily. Just be sure to double check the information if you are using the cards as a learning tool. I also think it would be helpful to have some phonetics on the back to show the English pronunciation for each country and capital.
