Totally unreliable. Horrendous customer service
These cat sprays are great when they work but they do not function reliably. The spray sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. It often malfunctions. It’s too expensive for this level of unreliability. And confusing for cats and for the person training them.TERRIBLE customer service from the supplier, Superpet Ltd., who would not pay for the return cost of this unreliable product.

Expensive but works
The product is expensive but works. The sensor is a little sensitive and keeps going off even though it states a fixed timer between sprays. I purchased the item to stop 8 month old kitten from jumping on shelves and waking us a 3am every morning scratching at the bedroom door. First night started with it on the shelves before bed at mad 9pm half hour time and the first time it went off she flew away very quickly, came back for another go and decided against it. Went to bed and placed it in a cup to stop if getting knocked over outside the bedroom door, it went off a few times that night but no cat scratching the hell out of the new carpet to get in.Done the same the next day for shelves and bedroom it went off less times. Third night don't even need to switch it on outside the bedroom door it just sits there and she will not go near it. "Yes it works". the other thing i have found is cats do not like the smell of citronella we have a petsafe bark collar that uses this all i need to do is put the refill can on the shelves with lid off and she will not go near it and we then move the can upstairs by the bedroom door. Maybe the Citronella would have worked without buying the ssscat i will never know? but good to know its there if i need to turn it on again.

Expensive, feels poorly constructed and sensor isn't very good. Expect better for its price
Its very expensive and feels poorly built. The on switch is the cheapest switch they could find and its pretty difficult to tell if its even on, except it in the on position.Once on, it usually does one or two bursts within a minute or so. Bit odd and annoyingly wasteful considering the cost of it. After this, it may or may not go off when you want it to.I have a ring camera on mine, so I can check for movement across the night to see what happened.First night, it seemed ok cat walked across and it did the jobSecond night, she avoided the area completely (perfect) so it wasnt needed.Third Night, she walked right past it and curled up within its sensor range, it didn't activate once. She was there all night and then when she walked away it blasted her.For the price of the thing it should work every single time. Ive brought motion sensors for lights at a fraction of the cost, so a little motor to press the can down, really shouldnt be costing this much and should be far more accurate. If your at your wits end and need something, its worth a shot, but honestly its a pretty poor product, especially considering the price.

Work brilliantly
It took me few weeks to decide if I really need this worrying that it’s gonna be wasted money. But no, Absolutely does what it was made for cause cats are really cheeky and jumping where they are not allowed as soon as I leave the room. It literally took 3 days and done! FAB-U-LOUS. Cats have to hate the can and not me!It come with some caveats. One, this is really expensive, £80 for can of compressed air that normally cost £5. The sensor is not worth £70. Motion sensors literally cost $2 in China. It miss sometimes, but rarely. Two, the can it not the biggest too, says it last for around 100 sprays, which would be even fine if not point number…Three, there is, apparently, 30 second delay after turning the sensor on till it actually starts to work to not spray you while you still in front of it. That’s all great, but every time after I turn it on, 30 second pass and PSSSS the spray goes on. Not once, but twice! WITH EVERY START! And just this eats to how long the can last very, very much. As I said, after three days the cats learn to not just on the kitchen top, next 3 days to keep them away from flowers, but after that just keeping the can on every days for next 3 weeks used it all, just from turning it on.No need for that, for me it looks like the manufacturer did it intentionally just to force you to buy extra refills over and over. Which is also not cheat (£25). Very not cool.Tip, don’t leave the can in one spot, cats will learn that THIS THING in ugh and will start to walk past it. Always move it to different spot, to spray them from different directions. Or cover it , put behind something (just the can, not the sensor)Overall, it works, cats hate it. You will love it.

What a con
It does work and stopped my cat, BUT YOU CAN'T GET THE REFILLS. THEY ALWAYS CANCEL THE ORDER I HAVE TRIED 3 TIME AT DIFFERENT TIMES AND THEY SAME THINGS HAPPENS.

Excellent device, but it is too expensive.
The product does exactly what it claims to. Our two kittens were driving me mad jumping up on the TV and sound-bar etc, I popped this on the tv unit and they set it off maybe twice. Now they won't go near it. A few weeks later we moved it to sit outside our bedroom door... bliss, they set it off twice again and now won’t come near the door. We get some decent sleep, the carpet stays undamaged. It’s a win, win but it does feel too expensive for what it is.

Not happy with motion detector, doesn’t always work
It does work but the motion detector does always trigger, or goes late. For the price paid is disappointing as we can’t really be sure that is gonna have the expected effect.
