I hated using a cell phone for business at the office. But this thing is a game changer. The hands-free use of the cell phone is now fantastic. Great call quality -- I can hear and be heard very, very clearly now. As a bonus, it reproduces music sound very well too.

Very nice quality, nice solid weight, is just like one at the office only better because its yours. It needs to be charged before using, and it does/doesn't charge over its USB cable. It did not charge through my laptop, but it wall charges fine. There are two downloadable apps for it, Jabra Direct which installs directly to your PC and a phone app, either of which can make your speakerphone more customized to you. You can use it with just its USB and no apps though, which is my personal preference.The first Teams call I laughed out loud at the sound of everyone with bass in their voice (it has a quality speaker that I wouldn't mind at all listening to music with). The sound is pretty fantastic and gives the meeting a more involved vibe.The speakerphone connects automatically and all the lights activate when the call starts. Its an open mic unless you mute it (same as headphone sets or through your laptop), and it picks up several (about 7 ft in my case) of ambient sound, so no one heard the fish tank, but the sound of me moving close to the speakerphone was audible. For that all important mute button, you can mute through the speaker or the computer, but when you want to talk again the speakerphone by itself does not unmute, you need to unmute in teams as well. All in all, this is nice and would get again, and its not every day that you find something that will make work a little more fun.

As a Jabra speaker/earbud/headphone fan, I know their quality. However, as someone that doesn't work anymore (retired) where I need a speaker of this type, especially at this price, I ordered it as an Amazon Vine Member, out of curiosity/justify the price vs. just using a cell phone, in a meeting.This speakerphone, in my opinion, is WELL WORTH its price, and not just for corporate, etc. meetings. It could be a bit "dangerous" if used in family gatherings, or, like i inadvertently tested it:I talk to a few of my neighbors, family, and friends via ways that we can just "put one another on speakerphone". Sometimes, during the conversation(s), someone may have to "excuse themselves" for one reason or another, without hanging up, and not saying why.Funny incident: I live in a small apartment. The person already knew what I meant, when I said "hold on a minute". When I returned to where my cell phone was, and usually on speakerphone mode, I said "I'm back". My sister said "... knew you were on your way, because I heard the various water running sounds".That, to say: this small speaker has EXCELLENT sound pickup, and delivery. I believe it would be great, for any type of get-together, where you don't want to have participants have to sit, or stand, in a circle around it.Also, there are many other cool features, besides it's incredibly compact size.
