I bought this for my wife who can't stand or walk so I could take her for a ride in the car. It is even better than expected. I feel good knowing she feels safe on it. About the only thing you have to assemble is putting the wheels on and slide the battery on. It easy to fold up and place in the back of our car. Customer service was GREAT !! I needed something I could not find and they shipped it to me the next day. Try finding that kind of customer service today! The item and service are highly recommended.

This is a great help in transferring my handicapped with from one item to the other. Easily to put in the van to Doctor appointment or hospitals. Take it with us to get her out. There customer service was fantastic. Got back with me for a issue I had and resolved it fast. Great product to own. Highly recommend.

This is a great chair for disabled men or women. Unfortunately, my husband passed away soon after I bought it. Is it possible to return this almost unused chair? Please let me know.

I’m at my wit’s end with this Transfer Lift Chair. I purchased it thinking it would be a great help for my mother, who has serious mobility issues. But this product has been nothing but a nightmare from day one. First off, the functionality is severely lacking. The chair doesn’t move smoothly at all, and trying to reposition it is such a hassle. The wheels don’t roll well on carpet, so if you’re in a home with anything but hard floors, you’re in for a massive struggle. It’s supposed to be a convenient way to transfer someone from one place to another, but it just makes everything ten times harder.The build quality is another huge issue. I was expecting a sturdy, well-built product that would stand up to daily use, but what I got was cheap, flimsy, and poorly constructed. The materials feel light and low-quality, and there’s no sense of durability. The frame has sharp edges that scratch and catch on things, and parts of the chair have started to squeak after just a few uses. It doesn’t inspire confidence at all, especially when I’m relying on it for my mom’s safety.In terms of comfort, this chair is a disaster. The seat is hard and uncomfortable, and the backrest doesn’t provide adequate support. My mom has complained about back pain every time she’s used it, and I feel guilty every time I put her in it. The whole design is poorly suited for someone who has difficulty sitting upright or adjusting their position. And the straps? They fall apart constantly, making the whole thing even more unsafe.The fit is also problematic. The chair is just too bulky and doesn’t easily fit through doorways or next to furniture. I can’t get it close enough to my mom’s bed to help her out in the morning, and that’s one of the main reasons I bought this in the first place. The lack of adjustability means I can’t make it work in the tight spaces of my home, which completely defeats the purpose.Finally, let’s talk about value for money. I spent a significant amount of money on this chair, expecting it to provide a reliable and safe way to transfer my mom, but instead, it’s just been a source of frustration. For the price, I expected much better functionality, build quality, comfort, and overall performance. What I got was a product that’s overpriced and underdelivers in every area. Do yourself a favor and avoid this lift chair if you need something that’s actually going to make your life easier.

The media could not be loaded. I would love to to be able to leave a 5 star review because this product has made it possible for my mother to be free to be out and about. She can't walk or even stand and was not able to invest in a modified vehicle that could transport her in her wheelchair. As a result, she could only travel by ambulance or transport service. This lift was by far the cheapest option. We have been thrilled with the ease and effectiveness of use. We mainly use it for getting in and out of the car but it can be easily used to sit on chairs or to get onto a bed, etc. when a transfer board can't be used due to height differences and other complications. We love this lift!! However, over the last 4 months it has developed a lean and a wobble, causing the front wheel to come off the ground when in use. This makes it difficult to push or turn. We limit the distance we have to use it by getting everything very close but it is getting harder with each use. It appears as though one of the joints is bent and the wheels are too small to compensate. We contacted the company and they have been very helpful and are looking into providing us with a replacement. I hope they can learn from this problem and fix it. If so, this product would be far more than 5 stars.

This is a little different of a review. For us, this product did not work but to no fault of the product. We had very unusual requirements but wanted to give the lift chair a shot. This product is of unbelievable quality. I'll admit I was skeptical at first. When I received it, the metal tubing was so strong/thick. And the welds were done unbelievable well. This chair is so strong and comfortable. It rolled on its wheels with a 185lb person effortlessly. It lifted and declined so smoothly it was very comfortable and not scary for the person seated. It works excellent for what it was designed to do. And yet, it is incredibly light for how well it is built. And it simply folds and easily lifts into a trunk of a car. Unfortunately for us, our truck was too high (higher than most) for the chair to lift my Dad into the truck seat. But it came very close. It would have worked perfectly. Too bad for us but not for most of you. That said, the Seller (xilinb) was unbelievably understanding of our situation and was so kind to offer a refund. They went above and beyond to assist us. They were quick, courteous, professional, helpful, and very accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again! This product and the Seller, xilinb, are a 5!
