I needed a case for my OBD II code reader which did not come with a case and is fairly pricey. Since it didn't come with a case, I have been looking for something to protect it. This worked out perfectly. The case does come with cutouts for the designed product but I was able to enlarge a couple of them to fit my code reader. The foam is very nice and firm so it was easy to modify it. There is also a zipper pocket in the top which can fit various small items. The case is pretty firm so I feel like it will protect what I need it to and I no longer have to worry about my item getting smashed or broken easily so I feel like it would definitely work well for the designed product.

this is great to hold all my klein tools. i know where they are and haven't lost any since. the cutouts in the foam are great because everything has its place. too bad klein came out with their own cases now.

This case is great at protecting an expensive and somewhat delicate scanner that did not come with its own case. The interior foam is 1 1/2 inches thick and provides a soft yet firm layer of support to help cocoon your item in place. The outer case is firm with a quality zipper that covers three of the four sides. There is a no slip handle that makes it easy to carry. Overall I would say this is a quality case that does a great job of protecting the contents. I am happy with the case and can easily recommend it to others.

I do not have any of the Klein tools mentioned in the product listing, but am using it for a different tool brand as the foam insert allows you to customize it for whatever tool you wish to carry in it. The case will provide good protection and will allow you to carry cables, manuals, etc. in the zippered pocket. This is a very nice case that can be modified to suit your needs.

This case is really nice. Has an abrasion resistant material on the outside and foam with precuts for specific tools inside. I bought it to store a battery charger so I'm not using the foam.tge zippers are medium duty and work as intended. Inside the case it also has a larger zipper netted storage area that's handy to store accessories in.Over all I'm happy with this case.

This product has a cigarette smell that gets on your hands. The smell is like a simular product that I received but it's not as strong so I gave it two stars. The product is in good shape. If it weren't for the smell; it would be a good product.

This is a great hard-shell case for virtually any use. I do need to point out however that the foam padding inside the case is cut for a specific set of tools and may not be directly useable for other uses.
