The packaging was intact and the product was in good condition. It’s a supplement, so whether it works or not depends on your body’s needs. Smell and taste were as expected.

It's still early to say anything about the effectiveness. As with most supplements it may take a little time to notice a difference. I haven't had a hot flash since starting them, which is nice to not wake up sweating! As I continue to take them and Amazon asks for reviews for each person, I'm sure this will get updated!

I'm familiar with the Nordic Naturals brand as I've taken their fish oil supplements in the past and trust the quality of their products. With respects to their menopause support product line: I'm stoked that there is something available to help with this, but I haven't taken these supplements long enough to tell if there's been a remarkable difference (but plan to write an update once I have noticed something). For the time being, my hot flashes/body temp irregularity is still ongoing. Sigh. What I like: these capsules are vegan (all plant based) so there's no need to worry if you need to steer clear of gelatin capsules. There's ashwaganda in them, which helps promote relaxation. Also, the capsules are easy to swallow, but I would recommend taking with some fluids, one capsule at a time. I would probably still make the investment in these supplements as natural remedies for menopause support can be tough to come by.

Nordic Naturals are a trusted brand in our household. When I began experiencing the nightmare of rapid hot flashes and soaking night sweats, I ordered these. Because I knew they might take a few weeks to help, I took these for 6 weeks before trying something else. Ashwaganda has never done anything for me, and also didn't this time. The other ingredients also had no effect on me. Nothing changed, not even after 6 weeks. Have this a 2 because Nordic Naturals is high quality. My body just didn't respond to this supplement.

I like the Nordic Naturals brand. I've taken some omega 3 supplements from them in the past. This particular supplement worked well for me. I also found it easy to take. It has all the ingredients I was looking for. It was at a reasonable price as well.

Each serving (2 capsules) has a good amount of Ashwagandha extract (275 mg), Saw Palmetto extract (50 mg), and Black Cohosh extract (40 mg). As with other Nordic Naturals products, I would recommend this brand and product.
